Awaken retreat is primarily an opportunity to meet yourself – truly.
Questions such as:
How am I feeling?
What gives my life meaning?
How do I cope with the struggles?
What’s happening in my relationship life?
Where am I heading in the next decade?
How do I break out of the loop, the fear, the anxiety?
begin to find deep, genuine answers during the retreat.
The retreat includes tools for emotional work from the "Derech" method, combined with yoga sessions, sacred singing and an open, liberal Jewish celebration connected to the heart.
Beyond the grand words, we’re also inviting a fun, joyful, and pleasant time with an incredible group of people who have a meaningful desire to grow together.

Is the Retreat in Hebrew or English?
We speak both Hebrew and English during the retreat and we make sure that everyone feels at home between both languages.
Awaken Retreat is made up of four main elements:
Yoga
Deep practice in the morning of various yoga styles, including asanas, breathing techniques, meditation, mantra chanting, and teachings from ancient yoga scriptures. These practices provide tools to implement in your daily life to improve well-being.
Sacred Singing
An opportunity to connect deeply with your heart through sound, without the need for perfect pitch. We will chant ancient words and melodies that support healing, uncover inner strengths, and help you shine fully.
Emotional Work
In the afternoon, we will dive into emotional development workshops based on the "Derech" method, where participants learn and practice skills like active listening, working with emotional pain, connecting with purpose, and developing intimacy with the soul.
Jewish Spirituality
"Wake Up" is not a religious retreat, but it offers an opportunity to experience Shabbat not just as a day of rest, but as a time for deep, conscious practice that helps the soul view reality through a new lens. We will gather for a musical, soul-lifting Shabbat reception.
