Guided by Sophia Bar Rashi and Rinatya Levinson

27.10–29.10
From Tuesday at 13:00
Until Thursday at 18:00
Khan LaNeshama, Moshav Olesh, Emek Hefer.

Awakening is an experiential women’s transformative journey combining somatic sexuality, Tantra, yoga, breathwork, voice, movement, and nature, inviting you to return to your body, to pleasure, and to your aliveness.

You Don’t Need to Work on Yourself Anymore

As women, we know how to do so much.

To function, to hold everything together, to care, to get things done, to be there for everyone.

But along the way, sometimes something inside us falls asleep. The body becomes something we carry with us from place to place.
Desire becomes quieter, the inner voice grows softer, and pleasure gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

But beneath all these layers, the living woman is still there.

The one who knows how to feel deeply.
To move, to ask, to say yes, to say no, to experience pleasure, to make her voice heard, to create, to love, and to live.

And that is who we return to.

Your Sexuality Is About So Much More Than Sex

Sexuality is not only about what happens in bed.

Sexual energy is part of our life energy.

It is connected to our ability to feel, to surrender, to set a boundary, to experience pleasure, to express desire, to create, and to feel alive inside our bodies.

And so, in this retreat, we are not coming only to talk about sexuality.

We are coming to meet it through the body.

At the upcoming Awakening retreat, you will breathe, move, make sounds, feel, learn, release, dance, laugh.
Maybe cry too, but mostly – remember.

Your body, your pleasure, your voice, your desire, and the living woman that you are.

What Will We Do at the Retreat?

Women’s Yoga

A practice that brings us from the head back into the body, into the breath, and into our feminine center.

Anatomy of Female Pleasure

Getting to know the female body and its map of pleasure through curiosity, knowledge, and somatic connection with yourself.

Communication and Boundaries in Sexuality

Recognizing what is a yes and what is a no in my body, expressing desires and boundaries, and creating more safety, freedom, and authenticity in intimate encounters.

Ritual of Shedding Beliefs

Meeting the messages we have absorbed throughout our lives about femininity, the body, sexuality, and pleasure — and having the opportunity to choose what we no longer want to carry with us.

Ecstatic Dance

Releasing control, allowing the body to lead, and meeting freedom, aliveness, and desire through movement.

The Four Elements in Nature

Earth, water, fire, and air — a journey through the four elements that invites us to meet different qualities within ourselves and return to the primal connection between body and nature.

Women’s Singing Circle

Opening the voice, feeling the power of shared singing, and allowing ourselves to be heard within a circle of women.

Cacao Ceremony

A ceremonial space of connection, intention, heart, and shared presence.

Orgasmic Pelvis Practice

Connecting with the pelvis through breath, movement, voice, and somatic work, in order to explore sensation, presence, pleasure, and life energy.

Circular Breathwork

A deep breathing journey through the body, allowing us to meet energy, sensation, emotion, and aliveness, and to explore the connection between breath, presence, and pleasure.

What Will You Leave the Retreat With?

A deeper connection to your body

The ability to recognize and express what feels good to you and what doesn’t

More freedom to express desire, need, and boundaries

A new relationship with your pelvis and your potential for pleasure

Tools of breath, movement, voice, and yoga to take home with you

Less shame and more curiosity around your body and sexuality

A renewed connection to desire — not only as sexual desire, but as a desire for life

And above all:

To be a living woman at home in my body.

Where Does the Retreat Take Place?

The Awakening retreat will take place at Khan LaNeshama in Olesh, a beautiful space in the heart of Emek Hefer.

A wonderful space in nature is waiting for us, comfortable and indulgent glamping tents for sleeping, delicious meals, deep learning into the night and until sunrise, and everything we need to go through an amazing and moving journey.

You are invited to see what the place looks like in the photos below…

Nourishment at the Retreat

An amazing chef awaits you, ready to prepare delicious kosher vegetarian meals that are nourishing, wholesome, and full of abundance.
We want you to feel loved and nourished with every meal.
Beyond the workshops and activities, you’ll feel loved and cared for throughout every part of the retreat.

Why “Awakening”?

Female Sexuality That Doesn’t Need to Be Fixed

We believe that female sexuality is not something that needs to be “fixed” or learned how to perform correctly.

It is a relationship.

With the body.
With the voice.
With boundaries.
With pleasure.
With desire.
And with the woman we are.

In Awakening, we bring together our worlds and our experience and create a women’s space that combines somatic sexuality, Tantra, yoga, breathwork, voice, movement, and nature.

A space where, for a moment, we can put down everything we are supposed to be,

and discover what is truly alive within us.

What Does the Retreat Look Like?

Three days in which we step out of our routine for a moment and enter a women’s space that allows us to slow down, feel, explore, and connect with the wild woman within you.

There will be body and mind practices, movement workshops, breathwork, partner and group work, time in nature, spaces of silence, shared singing, and rituals for connecting with the soul.

Who Are We?

Sophia Bar Rashi

Yoga teacher, doula and birth preparation instructor, facilitator of femininity, relationships and healthy sexuality, and healthy lifestyle.

Sophia brings with her a spirit of true freedom — a freedom that allows for deep listening inward, to the body, mind, and soul.

Her work connects body and soul, and her tools are voice, movement, and presence.

As a facilitator and a mother of five, she brings the ability to create a safe, holding, and alive space – a space where it is possible to let go, listen, and be born anew.

Rinatya Levinson

Clinical psychotherapist working with individuals and groups for the past decade, wilderness therapist, and yoga teacher.

Founder of “Awaken” — a podcast, lecture, and retreat for developing emotional leadership, group facilitator, and musician.

Rinat explores the depth of the feminine experience through emotional independence, the body, desire, and a woman’s relationship with herself.

Drawing from years of therapeutic and group work and a deep personal journey into sexuality and desire, she brings to the retreat a combination of psychotherapy, song, and profound emotional processes through individual and group work.

We Believe

That every woman is born with a natural connection to her body, but that many of us, over time, have had to learn how to survive and disconnect from the body.

In Awakening, we are not trying to turn you into someone else. We are creating a space where it is possible to remove layer after layer,

so that you can remember some of the most important things there are, such as:

What do you truly want in this life?

Who are you when you say yes?
Who are you when you say no?
