It’s a beautiful opportunity to meet new people, connect deeply, and maybe even make lifelong friends.

We speak both Hebrew and English during the retreat and we make sure that everyone feels at home between both languages.
How are the sleeping arrangments?
It’s recommended to bring a tent — mattresses are available on-site, and participants are welcome to sleep in the main workshop space, which is warm and comfortable. Please bring a sleeping bag, or ideally, cozy bedding.
There are no private rooms for rent within the retreat space itself, but rooms can be rented nearby — just a 1–5 minute walk from the venue.
If you choose this option, the additional cost of lodging will be arranged directly with the room owners.
Would you like me to integrate this into a full retreat info section?
Awaken Retreat is made up of four main elements
Yoga & Movement
During our Tikkun we well dive into the Torah of the body as shift between texts, connection and body movement.
Sound Healing and Singing
An opportunity to connect deeply with your heart through sound, without the need for perfect pitch. We will chant ancient words and melodies that support healing, uncover inner strengths, and help you shine fully.
Emotional Work
We will dive into emotional development workshops based on the "Derech" method, where participants learn and practice skills like active listening, working with emotional pain, connecting with purpose, and developing intimacy with the soul.
Jewish Spirituality
"Awaken" is not a religious retreat, but it offers an opportunity to experience Tikkun Sahvuot as a time for deep, conscious practice that helps the soul view reality through a new lens and reconnect to the essence of Jewish learning .

Location
The retreat will be hosted at Yama — a beautiful, nature-connected workshop and retreat space in Yavne’el.
Yama offers everything we need for a meaningful and nourishing experience:
a space for practice and rest, a kitchen, a cozy bonfire area, clean and comfortable bathrooms and showers — and everything your soul might need for a healing journey.
The location is peaceful and quiet. Since the beginning of the war, there have been no sirens in the area.
Additionally, there is a safe room (Mamad) less than a one-minute walk from the site.
