Would you like me to integrate this into a full retreat info section?
Awaken Retreat is made up of four main elements
Yoga & Movement
During our Tikkun we well dive into the Torah of the body as shift between texts, connection and body movement.
Sound Healing and Singing
An opportunity to connect deeply with your heart through sound, without the need for perfect pitch. We will chant ancient words and melodies that support healing, uncover inner strengths, and help you shine fully.
Emotional Work
We will dive into emotional development workshops based on the "Derech" method, where participants learn and practice skills like active listening, working with emotional pain, connecting with purpose, and developing intimacy with the soul.
Jewish Spirituality
"Awaken" is not a religious retreat, but it offers an opportunity to experience holistic judaism as a time for deep, conscious practice that helps the soul view reality through a new lens and reconnect to the essence of Jewish learning .
